When experiencing voltage changes caused by hydroelectricity or load devices,
this system automatically detects the changes and supplies a consistent voltage
to the load devices. It detects the portion of voltage change through the digital
logic circuit and switches over the transformation tap to the electronic switch.
This is the most ideal electronic tap changing regulator method that supplies
output voltage with the fastest response speed while having no side-effect.
